Terms of booking
The booking is valid upon receipt of a deposit of € 500/adult. With our online room queries and online bookings, you will be sent a confirmation from us. The room booking is only valid upon receipt of the deposit into our account.

Deposit:
The deposit can be paid by credit card (VISA, Master, Diners, Amex). You can also make a bank transfer: Bank Austria CA, Sort code: 12000, Account: 5188 404 7802, IBAN: AT – 11 12000 5188 404 7802 | SWIFT Code: BKAUATWW

Cancellations:
Cancellation fees will only be waived on cancellations made in writing at the latest 30 days before the agreed arrival date. In the case of cancellations made 29 days or less before the agreed arrival date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. For cancellations 15 days or less before the agreed arrival date we will charge 70% cancellation fees. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure:
Rooms will be available from 15.00 on the arrival day. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 18.00. Rooms should be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure.

Payment:
Cash, EC card, credit cards (Visa, Master, Diners, Amex)
We ask for credit card authorisation upon arrival.

Dogs:
€ 15/day without food. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining room or well-being area.
