Fine dining: In the evenings, we serve a 5-coursegourmet menu, which is accompanied by a salad and crudités buffet, as well as cheese platters complete with chutneys and fruits.

Our popular themed buffets promise a variety of delicacies - 

be it a regional, Mediterranean, international or dessert-focused theme with a wide range of sweet temptations. Our kitchen team will happily prepare dishes according to your dietary needs. 

Our youngest guests can choose their favourites from our kids’ menu or the kids’ buffet, which offers a great choice of dishes. 

Seiblishof à la carte: As an alternative to our pre-set menus we offer an à-la-carte option where you can choose from specialties such as Paznaun Highlander beefsteak, various fondues and other delicacies.

Our wine cellar boasts a collection of excellent and rare wines from Austria, Italy, Spain and France. Furthermore, you can choose from a range of exquisite national and international spirits. 

The hotel bar is the ideal place to end off a perfect day. Enjoy exquisite schnapps, digestives and premium cocktails. Our bartender will happily advise you on the right choice.
